There is a 9% transient occupancy tax.
All rates are subject to change and availability. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A security deposit may be required for 30 day stays.
We reserve the right to provide equivalent or upgraded accommodations in lieu of the actual facility booked.
All accommodations are non-smoking. You may be held liable for damages; whether accidental, due to negligence, misuse or smoking, caused by you, your guests or pets. 
There may be a fee for excess trash, cleaning or draining an excessively dirty hot tub. Please let us know of any damages before leaving.
Reservations must be secured by one half payment of the total cost in advance by check or credit card.
To receive a refund, reservations must be canceled one month prior to check-in.
Check-in time after 3PM. Check out time is 12:00pm, noon.
Pets with deposit and prior approval.
Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation e-mail or speaking to a Balalaika Guest Homes representative.
There is a 2-3 night minimum for holidays.
