The Vineman Ironman and Vineman Triathalon are a $350 per night minimum and require a 3 night stay; our rate structure otherwise remains the same.
There is a 9% transient occupancy tax.
All rates are subject to change and availibity.
A security deposit may be required for 30 day stays.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to provide equivalent or upgraded accomodations in leiu of the actual facility booked. All accomodations are no smoking. You may be held liable for damages; whether accidental, due to negligence, misuse or smoking, caused by you, your guests or pets. 
There may be a fee for excess trash, cleaning or draining an excessively dirty hot tub. Please let us know of any damages before leaving.
